As a Marketing Automation Specialist at The Studio, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are efficient, targeted, and aligned with our overall business goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and Execute Automated Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns using various tools and software, including email marketing, social media, and lead generation platforms.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Maintain and optimize contact databases, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. Conduct analysis and reporting of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and messaging. Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Integration and Optimization: Integrate marketing automation tools with CRM systems to enhance data flow and segmentation. Monitor and maintain the health of marketing automation tools and systems.
  • A/B Testing and Continuous Improvement: Develop and execute A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for marketing automation.
  • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), create reports, and analyze campaign performance. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations. Execute regular automated data clean-up initiatives and manage data maintenance tasks.
  • Customer Data Management: Use Global CRM (Salesforce) and MS Excel to extract and manipulate customer data for marketing campaigns. Design reports and queries for various marketing channels, ensuring data quality and providing data management support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Request Management: Manage, monitor, and attend to requests in the Marketing Database, Privacy, and Newsletter inboxes. Coordinate with various teams to resolve data validation issues and update customer information efficiently.
  • Opportunity Creation: Create data records such as ‘opportunities’ generated by marketing and allocate ‘tasks’ to Sales teams for follow-up in the CRM system.

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing automation and data management, with a strong understanding of database management concepts and best practices. Familiarity with marketing automation software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong project management abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and implementing new strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with email marketing, social media platforms, and lead generation tools. Ability to analyze data, create reports, and design effective marketing campaigns. Knowledge of agile SCRUM practices and related tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent spoken and written English (B2+ Level). German is an advantage.
  • Competences: Strong analytical and planning skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, team player, and result-oriented personality.
