YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain, develop and centralize our Hire to Retire Knowledge Base
- Create and establish processes and tools related specifically to developing the knowledge base within the organization
- Ensure knowledge remains relevant, up to date, high quality and findable
- Support of process transitions and stabilization, document all new processes and make it accessible to H2R teams
- Identify documentation gaps
- Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within process standardization and optimization
- Support of Global Process Expert and Subject Matter Experts within standardization, simplification, automation and efficiency gains in relation to relevant Hire to Retire services
- Examine operational policies and processes and make recommendations for improvements to particular process steps
- Create process models in MS Visio
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: High school/University degree (Business Administration/ HR or similar degree preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years previous experience on similar position, ideally with HR background
- Required Skills: MS Office skills (Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point) Experience with automating and re-engineering operational processes
- Languages: Very good spoken and written English (B2+ Level)
- Competencies: Highly motivated and dynamic personality with proactive approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and focus on results, creativity
