IT System Specialist

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing support and communication with end-users from Czech Republic and foreign subsidiaries
  • Installation and maintenance of HW and SW
  • Basic work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP- and advanced work with tickets in ServiceNow
  • Administration and troubleshooting of all applications related to Office 365
  • Communication with O365 3rd level support, other infrastructure teams and vendors
  • Collaboration on creation and updating of documentation
  • Troubleshooting of complex hardware and/or software problems

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: Secondary school / University degree in Information Technologies or equivalent technical education 1+ years work experience 
  • Experience: 1+ year(s) work experience in 2nd level support or similar experience
  • Required Skills: Knowledge and experience with Client OS (Win7+Win10), Windows troubleshooting capability, experience with client security, overview of network technologies, knowledge of MS Office, Windows Server, Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) and/or  ITIL knowledge is an advantage
  • Languages: English language (B2 level), German language is advantage
  • Competencies: Willingness to learn and expand technical knowledge, Ability to work in a team Driving Licence B
