Head of Global HR-IT Business Applications

Role Summary:
You will take ownership of a global HR-IT landscape and lead a Brno-based team delivering SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related HR applications worldwide. The role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic development of HR-IT services. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving.
Your Responsibilites:
- Lead and develop a team of HR-IT consultants, and key users, including hiring, onboarding, and continuous development
- Drive global HR-IT strategy, define priorities, and align initiatives with business and digitalization goals
- Oversee SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related systems, including enhancements, customizations, and global support
- Manage budget planning and cost control for HR-IT systems and external vendors
- Ensure high service quality through SLA management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement actions
- Act as a key interface between HR, IT, and external partners (e.g. vendors, SAP contractors), managing relationships and expectations
- Lead or contribute to global SAP and non-SAP projects, including process optimization, innovation initiatives, and system transformations
Your Profile
- Education: University degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years in HR-IT or SAP environment, including strong leadership experience and exposure to global team transformation
- Required Skills: Solid knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and HR-IT processes (on-premise and cloud), experience with SLA/KPI management and budgeting
- Languages: English min. B2 (daily communication in international environment)
- Competencies: Strong leadership and stakeholder management, customer-oriented mindset, strategic thinking, excellent communication and organizational skills
