Role Summary:

We’re looking for an HR professional who thrives on turning strategy into action. 

In this role, you’ll bring our broader HR strategy to life at MANN+HUMMEL Global Business & Technical Solutions CZ, working closely with business leaders to help teams grow, perform, and succeed. You will work in close partnership with local leaders, supporting them in building strong teams, developing talent, and creating a fair, compliant, and engaging working environment. From HR policies and compliance to talent management, leadership development, and organizational growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an environment where both people and the business can thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Shape and drive the local HR strategy, ensuring it aligns with and supports our broader corporate direction. 
  • Partner with managers and leadership on day-to-day organizational and people challenges, from disciplinary matters to team development. 
  • Own the recruitment process for management roles and collaborate on employer branding and university partnerships. 
  • Roll out HR programs, policies, and processes in close collaboration with corporate HR teams, ensuring smooth implementation across our Global Services Center. 
  • Be the go-to expert for Czech labour law, HR policy guidance, and ensure fair compensation and working conditions. 
  • Ensure compliance to local and global HR regulations, representing entity during audits and discussions with local authorities on HR related matters. 
  • Monitor key HR metrics, support headcount planning and budgeting alongside the management team. 
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement leadership and talent development programs in line with global guidelines.

Your Profile:

  • Education: University degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Law, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Experience: Experience in working in SSC/GBS/GCC environment, with a track record of managing HR both strategically and operationally. Familiarity with Target Operation Models or experience working withing a structured HR service delivery model (e.g.HRBP / HR Services / CoE split) is a plus.  
  • Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Czech labour law and the local business environment; experience with HR processes, workforce planning, and policy implementation. 
  • Languages: Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken. 
  • Competencies: People-first mindset, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, trustworthy, flexible, and calm under pressure.
