HR Admin with Polish (part-time possible)

Role Summary:
In this role, you will join a small team of HR Administrators supporting our Polish MANN+HUMMEL branch across a variety of HR processes. You will work with HR data requests such as maintaining employee files, processing data changes, administering benefits and preparing reports, while collaborating closely with local HR colleagues in Poland. Most of your work will be handled through the SNOW ticketing system and completed in HR tools like Koma and SAP SuccessFactors. This position is also suitable for part‑time applicants.
Your Responsibilities:
- Being part of a small team of HR Administrators supporting our Polish MANN+HUMMEL branch across various HR processes.
- Processing HR data requests, including creating employee files, handling data changes, administering benefits and managing reporting activities.
- Communicating with local HR colleagues in Poland as well as employees from the Polish MANN+HUMMEL location.
- Maintaining employee and HR data in the local HR system (Koma) and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Generating and processing reports from HR systems and contributing to process documentation.
- Managing incoming requests through the SNOW ticketing system from the Polish front office.
- Performing the role in either full‑time or part‑time capacity, as the position is suitable also for part‑timers.
Your profile:
- Education: High school/University degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
- Experience: +1 year of experience with HR processes of mainly Admin/Data Management character is an advantage, experience with reporting or regular use of Excel
- Required Skills: knowledge of MS Excel on intermediate level, knowledge of HR tools or ticketing tool is an advantage
- Languages: Fluency in Polish (B2+) and very good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level) is required, minimum conversational Czech (B1/B2 level)
- Competencies: Team and customer oriented personality with great communication skills and attention to detail
