YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be part of newly created team of HR Admins supporting our Polish MANN+HUMMEL branch in various HR processes
- The requests will come via ticketing system SNOW from the front office located in Poland
- You will process various HR data related requests such as creating employee files, various data changes, administration of benefits and other HR related supporting tasks
- You will mainly communicate with the local HR colleagues in Poland alongside with the customers (MANN+HUMMEL employees from the Polish location)
- You will maintain the data in SAP SuccessFactors and local HR System (Koma), but you will be in touch with SAP HCM as well
- You will be included in reporting activities
- At the beginning you can expect some short-term travelling to Poland
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: High school/University degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
- Experience: +1 year of experience with HR processes of mainly Admin/Data Management character is required
- Required Skills: Microsoft 365 (MS Office), knowledge of HR tools (such as SuccessFactors/SAP HCM) or ticketing tool is an advantage
- Languages: Fluency in Polish (B2+) and very good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level) is required, minimum conversational Czech (B1/B2 level) is highly desirable
- Competencies: Team oriented personality with great communication skills and resilient to be able to ride through possible bumps
