Role Summary:

Responsible for delivering digital marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across global brands and product families. Partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, leveraging data and insights to improve marketing performance and business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing, sales, product management, and agency teams to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Manage paid media performance, including targeting, budgets, testing, analytics, and continuous optimization.
  • Oversee marketing platforms, websites, digital assets, marketing automation, and SEO to ensure effective digital presence and engagement.
  • Create and coordinate digital content, including campaign copy, social media posts, emails, webinars, presentations, and multimedia assets.
  • Monitor campaign results, market trends, audience engagement, and brand sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation principles.
  • Experience with web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Sprinklr.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager in particular).
