The Digital Marketing Specialist at The Studio, our internal marketing agency, is responsible for rolling out the digital and online marketing initiatives of different business units at MANN+HUMMEL. The position will help manage our online communication with clients and prospects, and increase brand awareness. Duties include leading the development and implementation of our company’s digital, social media, email marketing, and external communication activities in close cooperation with the respective business unit. Depending on proximity to the production locations of the different product lines, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible globally for supporting our brands and product families.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product management, and The Studio team members to fully understand product and communication needs.
  • Based on assessments, create and roll out demand generation campaigns, which may include social and online media, direct email (using Marketing Cloud), and other multimedia. Evaluate campaign success upon completion.
  • Support the organization, promotion, and execution of online webinars and seminars.
  • Ensure brand integrity and apply effective marketing techniques in line with company brand standards.
  • Maintain Salesforce (SFDC) and manage reporting for Marketing and Sales Management. Support market analysis and competitive research.
  • Manage and update the digital asset management (DAM) system and divisional websites using a content management system (CMS), both within the Adobe Experience Manager environment.
  • Manage and improve website SEO.
  • Write copy and oversee graphic creation for social media posts, promotional emails, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Coordinate the development of written, video, and visual content for online marketing channels.
  • Prepare digital presentations and participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a B2B company.
  • Required Skills: Knowledge of CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred); Familiarity with CRM systems (especially Salesforce/SFDC); Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills; Adobe Creative Suite skills are a bonus
  • Languages: Fluent in English (C1+), knowledge of German is a great advantage
  • Competencies: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, self-starter with strong motivation and goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
