Dialog Management Specialist

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming online customer inquiries timely and efficiently
• Analyze inquiries and follow up to identify marketing qualified leads
• Create and manage leads in the CRM system
• Analyze customer needs, collect, measure, and interpret data, and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and lead management processes
• Propose improvements, identify automation opportunities, and lead or participate in their implementation
• Maintain regular communication with marketing, sales, and customer service team members worldwide

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: High school diploma or University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or ideally a combination of these areas; experience with social media management is an advantage
• Required Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is an advantage; ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose process improvements
• Languages: Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) and good knowledge of German (B2 level)
• Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, reliability, proactive approach, analytical thinking, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and strong problem-solving skills
