Role Summary
Manages operations of the H2R (Hire to Retire) Services teams in the Global Business Technical Solutions in Czech Republic with 5 department managers as direct Reports, total number of staff in H2R CZ organization is 55+. Ensures effective and efficient delivery of service to all levels of internal customers. This role reports to the Global Service Head and is a part of the local Senior Management Team. The teams are located in 3 locations (including Poland), this requires remote management skills and an integration need.
Main Tasks
Leadership
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
- Guide, motivate and develop the direct and indirect subordinate employees
- Proactively coordinate and collaborate with peers as an active member of the center leadership team
Operations
- Ensure efficient running and monitoring of the operations in the H2R Services business area
- Overall planning / steering / accountability and responsibility for all in scope HR Services operations in GBTS nearshore and onshore
- Coordinate with Global Service Head H2R and ensure high level of service delivery as well as customer satisfaction
- Identify, drive and implement continuous process and systems improvements initiatives
- Proactive stake holder management and customer care (including escalation point of contact) with internal customers and Corporate HR functions
Budgeting, Planning and Controlling
- Plan, implement and control the cost and investment budget in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations
Business Strategy, Policies and Tools
- Develop and implement the strategy and execute for responsibility area in agreement with center lead in order to support general business strategy of the company effectively.
- Proactively involved within the group HR functions to support the overall strategy within HR functions.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant field
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in leadership role, preferably in an SSC
- Particular processes know-how i.e. recruiting, people development, payroll
- SAP / Success Factors / Service Now know-how as added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English & Czech (written and spoken) + another foreign language is an advantage
- Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
- Flexible, hardworking, highly motivated person with proactive approach to work
- Willingness to travel abroad if required
