Join our team as a key member responsible for driving process intelligence and digital transformation through Celonis. In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for your assigned process stream, collaborating with business stakeholders, process owners, and data engineers to translate business goals into actionable insights and impactful solutions. You will work across multiple functional areas, leading value assessments, implementations, and continuous process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned process stream (e.g., Order Management, Inventory Management, Production Planning, or Plant Maintenance).
  • Drive three core areas of execution: business analysis (including value assessment), project and task management, and solution implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with process owners and end users to understand their business goals, objectives, and requirements, translating them into actionable Celonis requirements and use cases.
  • Partner with data engineers to convert business and functional requirements into corresponding technical and data specifications.
  • Design, implement, test, and validate dashboards, analyses, and reports within the Celonis environment to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
  • Present implementation progress, insights, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional business teams.
  • Lead business value workshops with process improvement and operational teams, leveraging Celonis to identify, evaluate, and quantify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Celonis implementations and develop a structured library of use cases for future reference.
  • Manage, prioritize, and oversee all incoming requests and enhancement initiatives related to Celonis solutions.

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: Secondary or university degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or technology consulting. Proven exposure to core end-to-end business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) and participation in business transformation or agile project environments. Practical experience with SAP is an advantage. 
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) and solid working knowledge of SQL.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English at a minimum B2+ level.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in applying technology-driven solutions to core business challenges. Demonstrated project management capability; proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops and executive meetings; strong customer empathy and focus, with the ability to understand challenges from the end-user point of view; and a structured, results-oriented approach to solution delivery.
