Customer Service Specialist with Spanish

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer external as well as internal customer inquiries about orders via e-mail and telephone calls
  • Confirm order details with customer and track the order delivery
  • Create delivery notes and delivery quality reports
  • Manage and resolve order exceptions and returns
  • Manual order entry
  • Forward specific customer requests to product management
  • Participating in smaller projects

Your Profile:

  • Education: High school/University Degree in relevant field
  • Experience: +1 year experience on similar position is a big advantage but graduates are also welcome
  • Required Skills: MS Office (mainly Excel), knowledge of SAP system is advantage
  • Languages: Active knowledge of Spanish language (B2/C1 level), good knowledge of English language (B1/B2 level)
  • Competencies: Good communication and organizational skills, self-motivated, committed team player, customer mindset
