Role Summary:
Join MANN+HUMMEL, a global leader in filtration solutions committed to a cleaner planet. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support our Spanish-speaking customers and internal teams by managing orders and resolving inquiries related to deliveries and returns.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle external and internal customer inquiries via email and phone, primarily for our Spanish and Portuguese branches
- Confirm order details with customers and monitor delivery status
- Manage order exceptions, returns, and related documentation
- Perform manual order entry and resolve issues with EDI orders
- Communicate with MANN+HUMMEL colleagues from the Spanish and Portuguese locations as well as external customers
- Work with SAP, ticketing system ServiceNOW, and customer portals to manage daily tasks efficiently
Your Profile:
- Education: High school education, University degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Experience: 1+ year in a similar position is an advantage; motivated graduates are welcome
- Required Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP or SNOW is a plus
- Languages: Spanish – B2/C1 level; English – B1/B2 level
- Competencies: Strong communication and organizational skills, customer-oriented mindset, reliability, and ability to work both independently and in a team
