Your Responsibilities:
- Answer external as well as internal customer inquiries about orders via e-mail and telephone calls for our MANN+HUMMEL Spanish plant
- Confirm order details with customer and track the order delivery
- Create delivery notes and delivery quality reports
- Manage and resolve order exceptions and returns
- Manual order entry, monitor and resolve issues of EDI orders
- Please kindly note that the relocation for this position is not supported
Your Profile
- Education: High school/University Degree in relevant field
- Experience: +1 year experience on similar position is a big advantage but graduates are also welcome
- Required Skills: Microsoft 365 (mainly Excel), knowledge of SAP system is advantage
- Languages: Active knowledge of Spanish language (B2/C1 level), good knowledge of English language (B1/B2 level)
- Competencies: Good communication and organizational skills, self-motivated, committed team player, customer mindset
