Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming online customer sales inquiries timely and efficiently
- Analyse inquiries and follow up to identify marketing qualified leads
- Create and manage leads in the CRM system
- Maintain regular communication with the marketing, sales and customer service team members worldwide
- Propose improvements, identify automation opportunities and participate in their implementation
Your Profile:
- Education: High school/University Degree in (Business Management, Marketing and Communications) is an advantage
- Experience: + 1 years professional experience in customer service
- Required Skills: Microsoft 365, experience with CRM (Salesforce, ServiceNow) systems is an advantage
- Languages: Fluency in English language (B2/C1 level), Good knowledge of German language (B2 level)
- Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, reliability, ability to work independently and solve problems, proactive approach
