About the role:
Join MANN+HUMMEL, a global leader in filtration solutions, as a Business Continuity Specialist supporting our international BCM and Crisis Response initiatives. You will contribute to the rollout of global business continuity system, helping ensure business resilience across more than 80 locations worldwide.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate BCM Manager in implementing global continuity and crisis procedures across MANN+HUMMEL sites
- Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) sessions with process owners to identify critical operations and recovery needs
- Assist departments in creating and updating Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), ensuring alignment with internal standards and ISO 22301
- Track deadlines and deliverables for BCM activities, escalate delays, and prepare compliance reports for HQ
- Coordinate crisis simulations and tabletop exercises, including documentation and follow-up on lessons learned
- Maintain centralized databases for BCM documentation, crisis contacts, and communication template
- Develop and deliver BCM training programmes and awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams during external audits
Your Profile:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management or related field
• Experience: Experience with ISO 22301 and business continuity planning, familiarity with BSI 200-4 is an advantage; project management background is preferred
• Required Skills: Proficiency in Office365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with BCM-related laws and regulations, understanding of risk management principles and business continuity concepts
• Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus
• Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, cross-cultural communication, and proactive problem-solving
