AP Analyst with Spanish

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  

• Process incoming invoices from the vendors for one of our Mexican MANN+HUMMEL entities using Next Gen and SAP system
• Communicate with Mexican and US suppliers mostly via written correspondence, daily communication with MANN+HUMMEL colleagues in Mexico
• Ensure that invoices are uploaded to the Mexican government portal (Cofidi) and verify their accuracy
• Analyze and compare invoice data in Excel
• Respond to requests coming via hotline (due to different time zone there are evening shifts 1-2 times/week until 6 p.m.)
• Participating in creating process documentation and its regular updates

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: High school/University Degree education in Economy or Finance is an advantage
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in the area of Accounts Payable is an advantage
• Required Skills: Microsoft 365 (MS Office) – intermediate user, experience with SAP is andadvantage
• Languages: Very good knowledge of Spanish and English language (minimum B2 level)
• Competencies: great communication skills, team player (part of bigger team processing invoices for Mexican entitites), be able to work independently (be responsible for one of the entitities), attention to detail
