The Customer Experience initiative at MANN+HUMMEL drives the transformation of our customer interactions and empowers our business units. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging agile methodologies to tackle the unique challenges that come with the complexity of modern e-commerce. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Guide and mentor the development team (up to 3 members), providing technical direction and support to ensure the team’s growth and success, leading to higher productivity and quality outcomes. 
  • Lead the development of custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet specific project needs, driving efficiency and enhancing project delivery outcomes. 
  • Implement and optimize AEM's personalization capabilities to deliver tailored content experiences to users. 
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and processes to ensure high-quality code and effective solutions. 
  • By designing and managing the content architecture within AEM, you'll ensure that the platform scales with business growth, improves operational efficiency, and delivers a seamless user experience.  
  • Leverage experience in integrating AEM with third-party systems, specifically Magento for eCommerce solutions, to enhance platform capabilities and drive seamless online shopping experiences. 
  • Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field. Continuous learning to stay updated with the latest AEM versions and Adobe Cloud advancements. 
  • Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in web development, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in frontend development and architecture, with a comprehensive understanding of AEM capabilities and limitations. 
  • Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Familiar with AEM architecture components such as Sling, OSGi, and Oak. Skilled in defining and driving AEM content structure, asset management strategies, and workflow design.  
  • Languages: Fluent English language 
  • Competencies: Ability to lead technical discussions, design sessions, and problem-solving initiatives, great communication, team leadership with can-do approach
