Main Tasks

Regional head for Supply and Demand Planning and Customer Service for the South America with main responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning and Forecasting (SIOP): Lead the demand planning for IAM and HD-I business through a structured approach to SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization, working closely with the Sales team to build a demand planning process focused on sustainable inventory management and sales growth. Establish monthly cadence of demand and supply planning to proactively anticipate business needs over a 12-18 month time horizon
  • Distribution Centers Inventory targets management and material Planning (KPI49): Lead a team of supply planners to ensure inventory levels of Finish Goods and Trading Goods are maintained, avoiding customer backorders at the distribution centers
  • Customer Service: Ensure proactive  regional communication towards customers, lead the Customer Service team in Brazil, Argentina and Colombia. Manage regional customer relations and scorecards to guarantee the target delivery performance (OTIF)

 

As a local role will lead the end to end supply chain process for Colombia Business

Key areas of focus

  • Material flows (manage 3PL provider considering reception of material, picking process and delivery to customers)
  • Logistics Costs Management: Act on management and continuous improvement for Logistic Costs (freight, warehousing, staffing, equipment)

Your Profile

Education: Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics

Knowledge of and experience with relevant IT tools and ERP processes (SAP strongly preferred)

Mandatory English and Spanish (Portuguese will be a plus)

Experience: leading, managing and developing teams in a large multinational production environment
