Main Tasks
- Analysing customer needs through active listening and effective questioning techniques and recommending suitable products, services and solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Driving the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s), utilizing various channels and tactics to reach target audiences and drive awareness, engagement and conversions
- Ensuring distribution excellence through deploying M+H’s distributor and customer value proposition.
- New distributors development.

• Drive intensive market share growth.
• Revenues and margin contribution per brand.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
• 10+ years of experience doing business in the Automotive and/or Industrial Aftermarket (previous experience in filtration is highly desirable but no restricted to).
• Sound knowledge of Distribution networks (Track-record of delivering results through others and maximizing business opportunities).
• Strong ability to develop relationships at senior management level including mining, construction, and/or agriculture customers.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish). English B2+
