Role Summary

The job incumbent is responsible for delivering full offline and online marketing activities within MHTH markets and contributes to MANN+HUMMEL (M+H) growth and profitability in these specific market. Who supports sales growth and market share increase by using traditional and digital tools.

Main Tasks

Main Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute integrated offline & digital marketing plans and end-to-end campaigns (SEO/SEM, ads, email, social, website, PR) 

• Create and manage all brand content and collateral—newsletters, press releases, promotional items, creative assets

• Organize and support events, trade shows, webinars and platform launches (web & mobile)

• Monitor, evaluate and report on marketing performance (media data, SWOT, market share) and leverage CRM (Salesforce) for lead generation 

• Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement across all channels 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent field of education or work cumulated experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing (preferable: automotive industry)
  • Business acumen in the automotive aftermarket, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Leadership and entrepreneurship skills, cross-functional thinking, communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of website / application management
  • Willing to travel and intercultural understanding
  • Fluency in and English (written and spoken), German (optional)
  • MS office skills
