Role Summary
Perform an administrative support of HR processes for MANN+HUMMEL Group
Main Tasks
- As an SF Specialist, you will advise employees, managers on general HR issues and user questions about our HR Systems (here e.g. SuccessFactors/ SAP)
- With your communicative skills and your professional and social skills, you ensure a positive consulting experience, primarily by Ticketing Case management system and telephone
- Perform necessary changes in the system as per give responsibility (both mass uploads and individual), testing of new features which are going to be implemented in to production.
- Gather information from users, analyze and take necessary steps to resolve the issue within first contact (first response rate)
- Update Knowledge base and promote it according to issues collected to improve TIER- 1 support
- Check and resolve data replication errors (Data Replication Monitor).
- For issues not solvable within own area of responsibility, gather further information as needed and assign cases to next TIER levels
- Collect and analyze main source of issues by clusters and interact with different functions for continues improvement and development
- Beside brought general knowledge in HR topics, develop deep understanding in defined focus area (e.g. SuccessFactors/ SAP)
Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas:
- Keeping deadlines
- Sticking to the KPI´s defined by corporate H2R Services
- Regular control of Ticketing tool in order to follow given deadlines
Experience
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in Hire to Retire processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.com, BBA etc and Masters in HR or a related field
- Good Knowledge in SAP HCM and SF Employee Central
- Distinctive service mindset in order to understand the concerns of our employees and to work in a solution-oriented manner even in demanding situations
- Analytical skills with ability to document problems and solutions understandable for employees and 3rd parties
- Excellent communication skills in English in order to convincingly convey complex topics to employees.
