Role Summary

Engineering is responsible for leading, managing, and/or performing engineering work.

Main Tasks

  • Ensure the Time to Market KPI is achieved for engineering workflows through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Develop, implement, and drive NPI strategies for GBTS India to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure timely NPI releases.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans, establish governance for critical business priorities, and adjust as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Proactively handle stakeholder management, issue resolution, and clear communication.
  • Ensure KPI’s are met per the organizational expectations.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Identify and bridge skill gaps through targeted development plans, facilitating training and mentoring.

Your Profile

Skills & Competencies:

  • Know- how in aftermarket product development processes and standards
  • Understanding of financial basics, costing
  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards
  • Product know how of M+H products as well as system understanding is an added advantage
  • Proficient use of IT-tools (MS Office, CATIA V5, Solid Works, CIM DATABASE, SAP, CAD, …)

Minimum Educational Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical engineering, mechanics

Experience

Qualification & Experience:

  • University degree with 15+ years of work experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a “Manager” or above, in the field of Leadership, people and Stakeholder Management.
