Role Summary

This role acts as the critical bridge between the Center of Excellence (CoE) and the business units, bringing strong business process understanding, strategic thinking, and process mining capabilities to support transformation and improvement initiatives across the organization. The Process Intelligence Consultant will enable data-driven decisions by designing and delivering actionable insights based on Celonis and other tools.

Main Tasks

  • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to translate business goals into process mining use cases.

  • Lead workshops and executive meetings to drive process improvement discussions.

  • Design and implement process mining dashboards, action flows, and AI assets using tools like Celonis.

  • Analyze core processes (such as O2C, P2P, Material Planning, Inventory Management) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with Data Engineers.

  • Act as the key liaison between CoE and business: present insights in a compelling, user-centric story format.

  • Manage enhancement requests, use case documentation (Confluence), and project tracking (Jira).

  • Enable and support business analysts through functional onboarding and coaching.

  • Promote value realization through data storytelling and support value allocation.

  • Steer agile implementation of new use cases with cross-functional teams.

Your Profile

  • 3–8 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of E2E business processes, ideally in Material Planning, Inventory/Warehouse Management, or Production Planning.

  • Proven ability to translate data insights into impactful business recommendations.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to ‘sell’ dashboards to business users.

  • Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).

  • Practical SAP process knowledge and SQL proficiency preferred.

  • Agile project experience and workshop facilitation skills.

  • Open to candidates from either:
    a) technical background with strong business acumen and communication skills, or
    b) business-side professionals with experience in process design and interest in learning technical tools.
