Role Summary
The job incumbent is to act as key account Manager as Primary responsibility for identified CV customers on a day-to-day basis. He is the main customer interface, especially for all commercial issues such as the acquisition of profitable business or Maintaining healthy Margins
Main Tasks
- Key responsibility to maintain and grow business relationship with customer.
- Provide ongoing support to the customer in regard to all technical issues and ensure high quality customer service (follow-up of orders, customer visits, cost/revenue analysis in cooperation with the project controlling, prepare and conduct the customer presentations).
- Responsible to ensure GMS for the Account is maintained as per targets.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and the M+H departments, process the customer complaints and initiate improvements (e.g. initiation of new product concepts in the R&D department)
- Responsible for Quote preparation, Prepare the price/cost analysis
- Responsible for operational sales planning and future forecast
- Prepare and conduct the price negotiations for the new projects
- Support the customer projects from a technical as well as commercial perspective from the initial phase until delivery in regard to budget, deadlines etc.
- Prepare and conduct the negotiations regarding product modifications and prices during the production phase within given limits
- Act as a team member in the sales and customer projects

Experience
- BE with MBA
- At least 5 to 10 years of relevant sales and project experience handling TML / VECV account
- Experience in sales and project management in the automotive industry.
- Customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
