Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our automotive sales team. As a Leader in Filtration-Tier 1 supplier to leading OEMs, we work in a fast-paced, technically driven environment. The intern will assist with customer communications, quoting, sales data analysis, and coordination with internal departments such as engineering and program management.

Main Tasks

  • Assist Sales Managers with preparing customer quotations and tracking RFQs.
  • Support key account management by maintaining sales documentation and CRM data.
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities.
  • Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and reviews with OEMs and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor open issues with customers and assist in follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with program management to ensure customer expectations and timelines are met.
  • Participate in benchmarking and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards for internal review. 

Experience

Job requirements- Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and B2B technical sales. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
