Role Summary
Responsible to implement and coordinate process improvement initiatives initiated/ led by the GPH/GSH. Coordinates IT experts and provides input on process requirements and further automation opportunities. Identifies potential process improvement measures on more detailed level and implementation effort. Driving the maximization of process standardization on process level 5 and 6. Active Management of content of the Service Coverage Matrix of the Value Stream. Pro active contribution to and participation in redesign projects
Main Tasks
- Supports Global Process Head (GPH) and Global Service Head (GSH) in developing a functional process concept and is responsible for implementation.
- Supports process migration and stabilization and deployment of SAP and other systems and templates in the value stream
- Responsible for implementation of performance measurement and performance reporting and management
- Drives operational excellence, continuous improvement and automation
- Responsible for implementation of internal controls and supports GSH / GPH in tracking process standardization level and costs
- Contributes knowledge and advisory regarding all process matters in local, GBTS and Corporate initiatives
Your Profile
- Process design technologies (Visio, etc)
- Process mining tools and Project Management skills (Scrum, ITIL, LEAN…) an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English language skills including technical expressions
- Ability to interact with all people levels (specialists, management)
- Eagerness to expand skill set, pro active drive to challenge status quo
- Result oriented personality
