Role Summary
Main Tasks
- Planning and documentation of the technical validation of filter media for customer projects and the Independent Aftermarket
▪ Functional release of filter media for customer projects and Independent Aftermarket
▪ Responsible for creating test requests and generating test reports in coordination with the test lab
▪ Planning, defining and executing the materials testing activities acc. to defined test standards for all product groups in Transportation and LS&E business unit
▪Prepare and maintain test protocols, test reports and other relevant documents
▪Perform calibration and validation tests for filter media test benches
▪ Collaboration on customer projects as a project team member in accordance with MANN+HUMMEL processes
▪ Collaboration on the market launch of IAM & OE filter elements in accordance with MANN+HUMMEL processes
▪ Planning, evaluation and documentation of benchmark studies
▪ Patent analysis, literature review and documentation of new findings
▪ Responsible to prepare and maintain the technical documentation of the projects in CIM Database as per media release requirements.

Know- how in customer processes and standards

▪Product know how of M+H products as well as system understanding is an added advantage
▪Proficient use of IT-tools (MS Office, CIM DATABASE, SAP, CAD, …)

Minimum Educational Requirement
Experience
Qualification & Experience:
▪University degree or equivalent education in the field of Textile / Polymer Engineering
▪0 – 2 years of relevant work experience
▪Experience in product development processes
