Role Summary
In charge of customer order And forecast, responsible for realization of deliveries to customers according to their demands and valid logistics guidelines.
Main Tasks
- Customer Obsession and Order Fulfillment.
- Coordination with customer/ Sales Regional Managers
- Collecting Forecast from customer and Analysis.
- New Customer ID Creation/Material Master Creation.
- Customer orders delivery on time (OTF).
- Monitoring Order management team (GBTS) and KPI Management.
- Coordination for New Product Lunch
- SAP SD User.
- Following MOQ/EOQ, Cost Optimization.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Handling Customer Complaints.
- Management of the customer in terms issuance of credit and Debit notes, various issues related to the activities of commercial support.
- Support in external and internal audit
- Co-operation with sales department
- Creation of SOP for all process and SAP transactions.
- Coordination of outbound logistics for on time Delivery and return logistics. High Sea sales coordination and agreement process.
- MIS reports like Dailly order book/availability/shortage/Sales etc.
